Sigma Mattress designs and manufactures its own mattresses, serving Springfield, Amherst, Westfield, West Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee, Northern Connecticut, and the Pioneer Valley.
Founded in 2008 by Ukrainian immigrant Alex Pavlenko, Sigma Mattress was built on the belief that luxury sleep shouldn’t come at a luxury price. With 20 years of experience in the mattress industry, Alex left a high-paying job to create high-quality, affordable mattresses. His handcrafted designs quickly gained a reputation for comfort, durability, and unbeatable value, spreading purely by word of mouth.
Upon retiring, Alex entrusted the business to Vladimir Vilkhovoy, a close friend and entrepreneur who shares his dedication to quality and service. Raised in a missionary family in the Ukraine and then the United States, Vladimir continues Sigma’s commitment to craftsmanship.
