- “Recommended by The Mattress Underground” Logo Use: The use of our Trusted Member badge and logo in your marketing materials, online presence, or physical store in any ethical and appropriate way to build consumer trust.
- Inclusion in Our Public Directory: Be featured in our Trusted Member directory, with a dedicated business profile and placement on our interactive map, making it easy for consumers to find and connect with your company.

The Dedicated Expert Forums in the Ask an Expert section of our Mattress Forum are designed for Trusted Members with specialized expertise or deep interest in a particular area of the mattress industry. These forums provide a space for experts to share their knowledge directly with consumers, build visibility and credibility, and engage in meaningful dialogue around their area of specialization. Unlike the General Mattress Forum, which is moderated by TMU Staff, the Dedicated Expert Forums are primarily managed and moderated by the Expert Trusted Members themselves, thus offering a unique opportunity to share their knowledge, clarify complex topics, and support informed consumer decisions within their area of expertise.
We warmly invite independent experts – including academics, researchers, consultants, and industry professionals – to contribute their insights to our Mattress Forum and wider community. This includes those with deep expertise in areas such as sleep science, materials and product design, foam manufacturing (including pouring), testing and certification, ergonomics, and retail strategy. Whether you work in research, production, education, or consumer guidance, your unique perspective can help inform and empower our audience. While we haven’t yet established a formal intake process for Expert contributors, you’re encouraged to apply through the same application used for business membership, and we’ll follow up with more details and next steps.
